| Tickets must be booked and paid for in full before the day of travel. Occasionally Ambassador Train Travel may have seats available ‘on the day’. Please call us a few days before to check availability. |

| All tickets include a reserved seat. Seating requests are welcome and Ambassador Train Travel will endeavor to meet your requirements wherever possible. |
| |
| Tickets, confirmed timings and reservation details will be posted to you approximately 7 days before departure. Please be aware that the actual timings for any train, once confirmed by Network Rail, could change by up to an hour either way from the approximate provisional timings shown in any of our publications. You are advised to check all times carefully upon receipt of your tickets. |

| All requests for refunds and alterations must be made in writing to the Ambassador Train Travel office. |
| |
| Customer cancellations and requests to transfer existing bookings onto a different train must be received at least 30 days prior to the departure date. These alterations will attract an administration charge of £10 per person. |
| |
| No refund is normally offered for customer cancellations less than 30 days before the day of departure. |
| |
| In the unlikely event of a trip being cancelled by Ambassador Train Travel, all monies shall be refunded but no other liability shall be incurred. |
| |
| On tours using specified locomotive types, steam or diesel, every effort is made to run with the advertised locomotive. Ambassador Train Travel do reserve the right to substitute a different locomotive if, for whatever reason outside of our control, the advertised locomotive is unavailable. This may include substituting a diesel locomotive in place of an advertised steam locomotive, however this will only be done in unavoidable circumstances. |

| Ambassador Train Travel are very sorry but pets (with the exception of guide dogs, hearing dogs and registered assistance dogs) and cycles cannot be accommodated on any of our trains. |

| Smoking is not permitted in any part of our trains, this also includes all stations and connecting road coaches. |
| |
| In the unlikely event of you having an issue during your trip, please bring it to the attention of the on-train management so that there is an opportunity to put the issue right. If the issue cannot be resolved on the day please write to Ambassador Train Travel at the address provided. |

| Due to the age and construction of our train, it is not possible to board our trains whilst seated in a wheelchair. Passengers using a wheelchair are advised to travel with someone who is able to assist them both on and off the train. The wheelchair can then being folded and stored at the end of carriage or brake vehicle. Some of the platforms Ambassador Train Travel use are shorter than our train which may require walking through a number of carriages when boarding or alighting. Passengers who have mobility issues please bear these points in mind. |
